Maktab Rendah Sains MARA Kuching, established in 1993 in Kuching, Sarawak, was the first MRSM established in East Malaysia. Serving as MARA's flagship science college in Sarawak, MRSM Kuching provides residential science education to Bumiputera students from Kuching and across the state, playing a pivotal role in developing Sarawak's science talent.
